If you appoint us, our services will include:

  • Meeting you at any time including weekends or evenings to outline the procedure and answer any queries
  • Liaising with your neighbour and their surveyor

  • Reviewing the proposed works and ensuring they are permitted under the Party Wall Act and that they will not affect your building
  • If appointed to do so, prepare and serve Party Wall Notices

  • Agreeing the Schedule of Condition with your neighbour’s surveyor

  • Agreeing the Party Wall Award 

  • If requested, a meeting during the works to hear any concerns you may have

  • When advised the works are complete, checking off the Schedule of Condition at the end of the works to ensure the works have not caused any damage to the neighbouring building
